Measurements are taken with a yoga block eg Pre-forward bend (6 inches) . The k-mart yoga blocks are great to practice with although, in some levels are not quite the right height and are lower than required.
Required height - 4” X 6” X 9” (Levels Primary - Level 4)
The correct height yoga block will be supplied by us for the exam.
