
The Acrobatics Arts syllabus has 12 levels; each includes flexibility, strength, balancing, limbering and tumbling. The syllabus is well designed, with each level having 28 required skills. It starts with Primary level being the very start of the syllabus then moves to Level 1-8 then pre – professional 1- 3.
Each skill, bonus skill, exam etiquette and presentation are marked out of 5. The accumulation of all points determines the grade. The exam will be graded as 'Retry', 'Pass', 'Fair', 'Good', 'Excellent' or 'Superior'. Successful students will receive a certificate to commemorate their achievements. Students who receive the grade 'Superior' will also receive a custom Acrobatic Arts medal. All students will receive a report card complementing areas of excellence and suggesting areas for improvement. All exams are marked against the "standard" for the level and skill being performed. Acrobatic Arts Adjudicators receive extensive training and are required to attend uImagepdate courses to ensure consistency throughout the program. The adjudicator's mark is final.

Exam student have the opportunity to demonstrate one Bonus Skill at the end of their exam. This should be a skill that is safe for the student to perform and shows off the students unique or advanced abilities in a particular skill area. The Bonus skill is chosen by the student and can be whatever they would like to show the adjudicator. This skill is worth 5 additional points on the exam.
Students will also be assessed on their presentation meaning they are wearing the exam attire, hair it neat and no holes in their tights. Etiquette is assessed on each childs listening skills, waiting patiently and attitude while participating in the exam.
